What We Do
At E&I Community Partners, we believe the people who care for our communities deserve the chance to live in them too. That’s why we’re dedicated to building workforce housing for nurses and teachers so they can live near their workplaces, reduce commute stress, and focus on delivering the best care and education possible.
We know that Nashville’s quality of life improves when those who serve it are supported. Shorter commutes mean less stress, which translates into better patient care in hospitals and stronger student outcomes in schools. Our mission is simple: build workforce housing that allows nurses and teachers to live closer to where they work so they can serve others at their very best.
Three ways we turn workforce housing into real, livable communities.

Build Attainable Homes
Creating quality rental housing near jobs

Reduce Commutes
Strategic locations for shorter travel

Partner For Impact
Aligned collaboration that delivers results
The Workforce Housing Challenge
Rising housing costs are forcing nurses and teachers farther from the communities they serve. Long commutes, housing instability, and a limited supply create challenges not only for nurses and teachers, but also for schools, hospitals, and neighborhoods across Middle Tennessee.

Shorter Commutes
More time for care, family, and community

Stronger Outcomes
Less burnout, better retention

A Healthier Nashville
Vibrant neighborhoods and economy
